CASE STUDY

ProNorth Industrial Area, St. Albert, AB

Stellar Solutions was engaged by a company with headquarters located in the ProNorth Industrial Area. The company disclosed that they had been experiencing heavy call-dropping and no-service in various parts of two buildings on the premises. Primarily users on Rogers and Freedom-Mobile were affected the most.

Stellar Solutions performed an initial virtual survey of the location and identified potential reasons why the service in the buildings may be poor. We then conducted the FREE Site Survey on location, mapping the measured coverage.

We chose the Surecall Fusion5X 2.0 Booster to enhance services in both buildings. Each building received its own system, and the donor antennas were aligned towards different carrier towers to balance the load.

Final Result

The customer has reported ZERO dropped calls since the installation was completed. All users on all carriers have reported improvements of service, some users are now able to work in other parts of the buildings where cellular service was unavailable previously.
